This is a beautiful reference 78093 from around 1980 in size 20 × 27mm, with manual wind movement, Paris signed dial leather strap and gold Cartier deployant clasp. She wears beautifully with the combination of the matt and polished bezel and the clean Paris dial.
She’s running quite happily, just please note this is a manual wind movement so you will have to remember to wind it up every now and again :)
Currently on a fitted tan Cartier leather strap which fits a 15cm wrist. This would have to be replaced if you needed a larger size or another colour. ( I can assist!) Please note if you’re exporting outside the UK, this must be removed due to cites laws.
