1970's 18ct gold manual wind Cartier 'Ellipse' wristwatch with Paris dial
Beautiful mechanically wound Cartier 1970’s wristwatch with original Paris signed dial, and on Cartier strap and 18ct gold Cartier deployant clasp. She measures 26mm excluding the crown. A super cool little vintage watch with a slightly more unusual shape, but distinctively Cartier.
